Excellent dentistry begins with a complete and thorough dental examination. The doctor will review all the information gathered, establish a diagnosis, and develop a treatment plan that considers not only your immediate needs, but your oral health goals as well. Before any treatment begins, we will advise you of your options so that you can make an informed choice regarding the best course of treatment for your specific needs.

Services
A wide range of general dental services are available to patients, including basic restorative dentistry, implant restorations, endodontics, dentures, periodontics, crowns, bridges and other cosmetic/restorative procedures.
Dr. Li makes preventative dentistry our primary focus. We believe it is possible for most people to retain their natural teeth throughout their lifetime. Preventative measures and patient education make this a practical objective – one that will improve the quality of life of our patients as well as decrease future dental costs. When necessary, we will refer our patients to specialists in the community, but our office will continue to serve and guide your dental health.
Payment Options
We follow the Ontario Dental Association fee guide. This guide is updated yearly. Our fees reflect the level of dedication, skill, care and training that our patients deserve.
We ask that all patients take care of any services in full for that day. We accept cash, cheque, MasterCard, Visa, and debit. If you have insurance benefits please bring your information along with you. We will electronically submit any claims to your insurance company and they will reimburse you directly. We understand that this may be a minor inconvenience; however, reducing administrative costs allows us to invest those savings into better dental materials, equipment, and quality time with the doctor.
Commitments
We appreciate your commitment to the following:
- Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To accommodate our patients, we ask that if you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, call the office immediately, as we appreciate 48 hours’ notice regarding cancellations.
- Please brush and floss your teeth prior to your visit with us.
