Services

We provide a wide range of general dental services to meet our patients’ needs. These include basic restorative treatments, implant restorations, endodontics, dentures, periodontics, crowns, bridges, and cosmetic procedures. When specialized care is needed, we work closely with handpicked specialists in the community, ensuring seamless care.

Our office emphasizes preventive dentistry, believing most people can retain their natural teeth for a lifetime. By focusing on preventive measures and patient education, we aim to make this goal achievable, enhancing our patient’s quality of life while reducing the likelihood of future dental expenses.

Payment Options

We follow the current year Ontario Dental Association (ODA) Fee Guide. This fee guide reflects the dedication, expertise, and quality time required to ensure that our patients receive the highest standard of dental care.

We kindly ask that all patients settle their accounts in full on the day of their appointment. We accept cash, cheques, MasterCard, Visa, and debit for your convenience. If you have insurance benefits, please bring your details with you. We’ll electronically submit your claims directly to your insurance provider, and they will reimburse you. While we understand this may be a slight inconvenience, minimizing administrative costs allows us to reinvest in superior dental materials, equipment, and, most importantly, personalized time with the dentist.

Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)

We currently accept CDCP claims on a trial basis for active patients who joined our practice on or before October 7, 2024. Thus far, we have managed the additional administrative tasks associated with processing CDCP benefits, as the number of patients using the plan remains manageable.

Unfortunately, we are not currently accepting new patients seeking to use CDCP benefits. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.

Patient Commitments

We appreciate your commitment to the following:

• • Appointment Reservation: Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and our resources are dedicated to your care during this time.
  • Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 business hours notice so we can offer the time slot to another patient.
  • Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations with less than 48 business hours notice or missed appointments may incur a fee.
    

For New Patients

Our practice has grown thanks to the trust and word-of-mouth referrals from our valued patients. As a small, two-operatory clinic, there may be times when we are unable to accept new patients immediately. If this happens, we invite you to join our waitlist. While we regret any inconvenience this may cause, our commitment to delivering thorough and exceptional care to our existing patients remains our top priority.
